Order Processing

Every order is reviewed and manually approved by our customer support team before it is released for fulfillment. Processing begins only after your payment has been verified and approved. Orders are typically approved within [X] business hours during business days.

Shipping Costs

Shipping is calculated based on the number of kits in your order (1 kit = 10 vials). Larger orders with more kits may carry higher shipping costs. Domestic Shipping (United States)

  • Fulfillment location: Florida, United States.
  • Delivery estimate: 4–7 business days after your order is approved.
  • Tracking is provided once your order ships.

International Shipping

  • Fulfillment: International orders ship directly from our supplier.
  • Delivery estimate: 7–10 business days after your order is approved.
  • Delivery times may vary due to customs processing and local carrier handling, which are outside our control.
  • The buyer is the importer of record and is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country.
  • We are not responsible for delays, seizures, or losses that occur in transit or during customs handling once an order has been handed to the carrier.

Delivery Estimates

All timeframes are estimates in business days (excluding weekends and holidays) and begin after order approval, not at the time the order is placed. Delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other factors outside our control are not guaranteed against.

Tracking

Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided [via email / in your account / through Discord — choose per your flow]. Please allow time for tracking to update after the label is created.

Incorrect Shipping Information

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect addresses. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to re-ship.
